Shipping + Local Pick Up

HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY

Order by December 15th for delivery by Christmas. We cannot guarantee delivery by the 25th if not ordered by December 15th.

We will still be shipping until December 23, but can't guarantee delivery dates.

If you are local, your best bet is to order for pick up and pick it up at our NW brick and mortar. Check our holiday hours for opening info. 

Estimated Delivery Times:

West Coast 3-5 days

East Coast 5-10 days

Please note: delivery times start once the order ships. It does not include processing time. We are shipping three days a week: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Due to anticipated delivery delays, we cannot guarantee delivery times/dates. It is the shipping carriers busiest time of year, and slower delivery times should be anticipated. 

In Store Pick Up

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pick up. 

When you arrive in store please let us know your name and order number. 

Our Portland store is open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm.

All items must be picked up within 60 days of the order date. We can't hold onto items past 60 days due to lack of space (and also we want them to go home to you!)  All items not picked up after 60 days will be donated to a local non profit - no refund will be given after 60 days. 

Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped two times a week on a Tuesday and Thursday. 

Local pick up if always your fastest option if you live in Portland!

Most orders will be shipped via UPS and are tracked and insured. 

USPS will be used for Hawaii and PO Boxes. 

We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen. Please contact us if you need to file a claim and we can work with you to resolve any lost or stolen packages. 

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please send an email to orders@yoportland.com and we will facilitate a claim with the shipping carrier within 3 days of arrival. Please include pictures of the broken item and shipping box as we will need both to file the claim. All items are shipped with insurance and will be refunded once the carrier issues a refund.

All damage claims must be received within 3 days of receiving the shipment. We cannot accept damage claims after that timeframe.

Incorrect Address or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to misinformation on the shipping address or failed delivery attempt, you are responsible for the re-shipment fees.

We are unable to refund the original shipping cost.

Please note we share our online inventory with our in store inventory and on occasion we will need to refund an out of stock item. You will be notified within 72 hours if this is the case.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders due to merchandise availability.  

International Shipments

We currently ship internationally to Canada, Australia and Germany. Shipping and duties will be quoted at checkout.

If you do not live in one of those countries and would like to place an order, please email us at orders@yoportland.com. 

We are not responsible for shipments that are lost of stolen. Please contact us if you need to file a claim and we can work with you to resolve any lost or stolen packages.
