Shipping + Local Pick Up
IN-STORE PICKUP
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup.
When you arrive in store, please provide your name and order number.
Our Portland store is open 10am–5pm (Closed Mondays in winter)
Pickup window:
All orders must be picked up within 60 days of the order date. Due to limited space (and because we want your items to go home with you!), we’re unable to hold items beyond this timeframe.
Orders not picked up after 60 days will be donated to a local nonprofit and no refund will be issued.
SHIPPING
Shipping Rates (U.S.)

FREE shipping on orders $250+
(after discounts) -
$5 flat rate shipping on Mondays
Applies to orders placed on Mondays. -
$12 flat rate shipping Tuesday–Sunday
Applies to orders under $250 placed on all other days.
Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and shipped twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Local pickup is always the fastest option for Portland customers.
Carriers & Tracking

Most orders ship via UPS and are tracked and insured.

USPS is used for Hawaii and PO Boxes.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please email orders@yoportland.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include:

Photos of the damaged item

Photos of the shipping box
All shipments are insured. Once the carrier approves the claim, a refund will be issued.
We cannot accept damage claims submitted after 3 days.
INCORRECT ADDRESS / RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for re-shipment fees.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
INVENTORY AVAILABILITY
Our online and in-store inventory is shared. On occasion, an item may sell out before an order is fulfilled.
If this happens, you will be notified within 72 hours and refunded accordingly.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to merchandise availability.

We currently ship internationally to:

Shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If you need to file a claim, please contact us and we’re happy to assist with the process.
