Inspired by the visual language of classic Delft Blue pottery, the Bluedot Series moves away from familiar scenes like windmills, florals, ships, and pastoral landscapes. Instead, it focuses on pattern and rhythm, building its design through layered shades of blue. Rather than telling stories through imagery, rhythmic compositions of blue dots echo the ornamental logic of Delft ceramics, but in a more abstract, contemporary way.
